1. How long will my delivery take?


Deliveries within South Africa generally take between 3 to 5 working days. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

2. What delivery services do you use?

We partner with Courier Guy (Pudo) for deliveries within South Africa, ensuring that your orders arrive on time, every time.

Order R1000 automatically get free shipping.


3. What are the delivery costs?

Delivery within South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R100 per order.

4. What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. However, we provide exchanges in specific situations, such as receiving an incorrect product. Each request is reviewed by our management team for eligibility.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our secure payment gateway Yoco  ensures a safe transaction process.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within South Africa. We are exploring options to expand our international shipping in the future.

9. How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your delivery status on the courier's website.


10. Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. All items at Eglams 'n' Sparkles are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors.

11. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If you encounter any issues with the product received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your options.
